Privacy Policy
How The Brew LLC handles information on this website. Effective September 22, 2026.
The short version
This site does not ask you to send us your name, email, or phone through a form. We do not sell personal information. Hosting logs and a couple of browser conveniences are described below.
What we collect
Information you send us. There is no contact form, order form, or payment on this site, so we do not receive a message you type in here.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider, Google Firebase, records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) to keep the site secure and running. We do not use advertising trackers or Google Analytics.
Fonts. Pages load typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser requests those files from Google, which receives the usual connection data for that request.
How we use it
- To keep the site available and to protect it from abuse.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
Who else handles it
We use Google Firebase to host this site. The accessibility button reads its site settings from Firebase and stores the display choices you make in your own browser. Those choices are not sent to us. A link to Facebook takes you to Facebook, which has its own privacy policy. We do not use SendGrid or Stripe on this site.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not set advertising cookies. There is a password-protected preview area for pages still in review; if you unlock it, your browser remembers that for the rest of the visit in its session storage. Accessibility display preferences you set are stored in your browser. Nothing in that storage is sent to us.
How long we keep it
Server logs are kept by the hosting provider under its own retention schedule. We do not keep a separate list of visitors.
Children
This is a general business website for a coffee truck. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. The current site does not publish a phone number or email address. Message us on Facebook.
TODO-EDDIE: phone number and email address for privacy requests.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
